TERMS OF SERVICE FOR COMMISSIONS

If you choose to proceed with commissioning me you are agreeing to the following:

1.) THE COMMISSION
   a.) Commissions by default will be on a white or transparent background.
   b.) Your commission may take longer than the typical 1-4 weeks depending on your placement in line and the complexity of the request.
   c.) At the request of a suggestive or nude commission, you will be asked to verify that you are 18 years or older.

2.) ADJUSTMENTS AND ADDITIONS CHARGES
   a.) Adjustments or revisions during the process are allowed, you can request up to 3 of them freely.
   b.) After all 3 revisions are made, any changes will cost $1 extra. Only minor changes (ie. small color adjustment, shade color, etc.) and a medium change (ie. border width, hand placement, etc.) will be accepted. I will not make any large changes to the artwork.
   c.) The addition of one character after the commission has started is allowed (+100% of base cost)

3.) PAYMENT
   a.) Full or half payment is required before I start work on any sketch.
   b.) Payment is done via PayPal.
   c.) No refunds will be requested by the client.
   d.) I retain the ability to cancel a commission at any time and issue a refund for any reason.

4.) USAGE RIGHTS
   a.) I reserve all rights to my artwork.
   b.) All commissions are for personal use only, not commercial.
   c.) Commissioned work is NOT to be used for anything AI or NFT-related.
   d.) Commissioned work will be used for my portfolio purposes. However, you will be asked for consent if I wish to publish the commissioned work.
   e.) You can edit your commissioned artwork (ie. filters, cropping, etc.) as long as the alterations are NOT for offensive or hateful purposes. If the work has been edited and published, please mention that.
   f.) You are free to post the commissioned work to any platform you wish. I ask that you credit me if you do.
